Refunds are available only for merchandise that is defective or not as described. Customers will be reimbursed for return postage but not for original shipping charges.

Delivery Terms:

All items are shipped via the US Postal Service, usually by Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation, though faster levels of service will be used if covered by standard shipping charges. Priority Mail (2 day) and Express Mail (overnight) will be used upon request, and the customer will be billed for actual cost. Canadian and overseas orders are shipped at actual cost if greater than standard shipping charge. Canadian orders are usually sent by air mail and overseas orders by surface mail. Delivery times vary according to distance from Richmond; most US orders will be delivered in 3-7 days. Canadian orders usually take 7-10 days. Overseas surface mail requires 4-6 weeks.
