Congratulations to winners of The Hymn Society’s search for a text on God the Creator. First place was awarded to Carol Meier’s text “Creating Word” and second place to Chris Shelton’s hymn “With water, wind, and whisper you called the world to be.” Both hymns were sung enthusiastically during our recent Annual Conference in Detroit and will appear in the Autumn issue of The Hymn.
